Highly recommend!! In Thyme catered our wedding in September 2022 and did a fantastic job. From the beginning to the end of the process Jimmy and his team were professional and easy to work with. On the wedding day, his staff took care of everything and even took the time to bring my wife and I some appetizers to eat in between taking our photos! They also prepared dinner plates for us so we had a chance to taste all of the delicious food (thanks to Tammy!). Our guests continue to tell us that the food selection and quality was one of the best they've had at a wedding and we agree! No one went home hungry! We highly recommend working with In Thyme for your special event.

Thank you and your staff for doing such a great job at our dinner party. Everything was delicious and the service was first class. My husband and I really appreciate how everything turned out. Having had your company cater events for us before, we knew it would be great and you did not disappoint.
It's hard to say which pairing we liked best because they were all good. If I had to pick one, I would say the short ribs. That course was outstanding and others commented how good it was also.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank In Thyme for coming through yet again and making my daughter's graduation party such a HUGE success. The tent we rented was perfect as it kept my guests shaded and comfortable despite the heat. The food was magnificent, from the passed appetizers to the meal and of course the dessert (I am still dreaming about those cookie cups!!)

Most importantly, besides the food (that is ALWAYS delicious) your staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, courteous and professional. From top to bottom, Sandy ran a fantastic event, all the way to the servers and the bartender Andrea who took special care of all my guests. In Thyme helped make my daughter feel celebrated and special. And for THAT I cannot thank you enough.
Next party will be in two years -- a double celebration of my son's graduation from college and my daughter's graduation from high school. Just giving you advanced notice now, as there is no one else we would ever think to call on but you!

Dear AJ and Tammie,,
Please forgive me for not sending this yesterday as I had hoped. I was floating on cloud nine all day and just couldn't come down long enough to put sentences together! This note is heartfelt and sent with so much gratitude - but know that you have my permission to use any or all of it for a testimonial.
Saturday was a magical day for our family - and BOTH OF YOU and your team were a huge part of that. AJ, as I told you, I was already singing the praises of In Thyme long before I had tasted even a morsel of food (which I will come back to!). From our first conversation, you were responsive, helpful and a true partner in helping me plan Amelia's Bat Mitzvah in a safe, responsible way (not easy in the middle of a global pandemic!). Onsite, your staff were careful and put all of our guests at ease - carefully serving behind lucite, being attentive but not intrusive and wearing gloves and masks throughout. They were kind, courteous, responsive and most of all - they treated every guest with respect and care. SO many people commented to me about that! And Tammie, you were as attentive as you could be - I haven't been so doted on since I was a bride! I knew I was in the best of hands from the first moment - you didn't miss a detail.
AJ, you also helped realize my vision for how our backyard would look - and you exceeded it by a thousand! From helping coordinate the rentals to choosing the right tables and chairs to your team magnificently setting up the bar, food tables and decor all around -- you turned our backyard into a gorgeous venue! Calling you a catering company doesn't begin to cover what you and your team bring to the table - I've been telling everyone you're like the "design-build" version of a catering company - you do it ALL!
And now the food. WOW. Multiple guests told us it was the best food they've ever had at ANY event in any venue - and I'd have to agree! That you cooked it onsite made it all taste so fresh - and more than just the taste, it looked and was served in the most elegant way. There was literally not a bite I didn't LOVE. That you also helped me carefully choose a menu that met the dietary needs of all of our guests was so appreciated.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. You told me all along that I would be able to enjoy my own party. As someone who worries about every detail and normally plays the role of "active" host, I wasn't sure...but then you took care of everything and made me feel so comfortable in your hands. I was actually a guest at a party in my own home - who can say that?? THANK YOU for letting me be present with our family and friends for this most special occasion
I am including Taylor on this note because without her, I never would have found you. But now that I have, you can be sure we will be working together again and again.
